The Beginning with no end...and what a view from the Brewery.....

Starting homebrewing 7 years ago with basic stock pots, a sieve, thermometers, hydrometers from Ebay and small batch All Grain Beer Starter and bottling kits.  

Loved the aromas in the kitchen on brew day.

 

Many brews later...........Went commercial in April 2020 with North Ayrshire Brewing Licence and AWRS wholesalers licence.

Left the kitchen in the spring of 2020 into a purpose built DuraMax Shed, fully fitted out to my specifications. Stainless steel tables, non slip flooring, permanent power. Now we have a 60 Litre Dark Farm Brew Tank, 30 Litre, 50 Litre and 65 Hopcats Brewing Machines, 1No.Grainfather SF50 litre, 1No. SSBrewtech Brew Bucket Mini20 litre, 4No. Hopcat 30 litre and 3No. Klarstein 60 litre Stainless Steel conical fermenters. 2 No. bottle capping machines and a new Gorilla Canning Seamer as we migrate from bottles to cans...Watch this space.

We can do 20 and 40L stainless steel casks, 10 and 19 litre Corny kegs, bottles and cans.​

Our Brewing style is unashamedly Belgian with a few Scottish stouts and ales.

​

Handcrafted with the finest ingredients and with great attention to detail.

We are the UK's smallest registered and licensed Commercial Brewery unless you have £11k to confirm with The Guinness book of Records.

In 2021 we became 'LUXlife' Food and Drink award winners as best craft brewery on the Firth of Cylde 2021 and now 'corporate livewire' Scottish Prestige Awards best brewery in Ayrshire 2022 and again in 2023.

Our latest award are the SME Business Enterprise Award for 'Best Commercial Nano Brewery' in Western Scotland 2023 and LUXlife's 'Most Trusted Small-Batch Brewery - Scotland 2023............ Blimey !!!

 In September 2023 Our Monday Morning Mocha came 5th in the CAMRA Scottish Champion Beer of Britain (CBoB) heat for Strong Bottled beer against some very well known competition. Get in there..

Isle of Arran Kinloch Beer Festival 2023 with Saorsa 9 gallon cask.

Ayrshire Beer Festival Troon 2023 with Rise Above 9 gallon cask.

Glasgow Real Ale Festival 2024 with Rise Above and RYIPA 9 gallon casks.

Twa Dugs, West Kilbride beer festival No. 3 August 2024 where we showcased 4 1/2 gallon pins of Saorsa, Mocha and Scottie Stout to great acclaim.
